Paper feeding unit: Auto paper feeding
Printing unit
1) The printing roll is surface grinded and chromium plated. Axial benchmark reticle.
2) The steel tube of reticulation is surface grinded. DOT line and even ink supply.
3) The rubber roll is made from the good quality wearing rubber. Medium high special grinded. DOT line and even ink supply.
4) The phase adjustment is manual worm gear structure.
5) Manual axlial adjustment. The adjustment distance is 20mm. Even operation of machine start and stop.
6) Diaphragm pump auto inking. Pneumatic plate lifting and ink supplying. Auto ink levelling system which prevent the ink from drying and thus effect the printing quality.
7) The ink back circulating tube is made from PVC material which is corrosion resistant.
8) Electric walking while continous alarming to ensure the safety of the operators.
Slotting unit
1) Manual adjustment of the paperboard height. Electric 360 degree the pros and cons phase adjustment.
2) Equipped with dynamo for the box distance adjustment. Easy and quick operation.
3) Precise slotting. Compact design and wearable.
Rotary die cutting unit
1) Electric counting, Pneumatic plate lifting which will extend the rubber pad's using life.
2) 360 degree manual phase equipment. Quick and flexible adjustment.
3) Planet type axial moving to guarantee the even wearing of the rubber sleeves.
4) Eqipped with the synchronization equipment. Line speed is auto compensation.
5) Rubber sleeve is the famous Chaonai brand made in Taiwan which using life is 5 million times.
6) The roller is the high quality No. 45 cast steel with the wall thickness of 30mm. It is surface high frequency quenching grinding and chromium plated.
7) Equipped with the rubber roller rapairing device which will extend the rubber sleeve's using life.
Mechanical part
1) The whole machine is shaft dynamic balance correction. Stable running. Surface grinding and chromium plating and polishing.
2) All gears of the machine is made from No. 45 carbon steel and is heating treated. The hardness is above 45.
3) Key connections, high concentricity, low noise.
4) The transmission structure is the most advanced seamless transmission. The gear mesh angle doesn't change during the clearance adjustment which guarentee the color accuracy unchanged.
5) The whole machine wall is made from the cast iron and is aging treated with the thickness of 40mm. High shock absorption performance without deformation.
6) All bearings are the domestic famous brand made in Haerbin.
7) Electric component is the national famous brand Zhengtai.
8) All functions are as the following: Electric separating, pneumatic locking, auto ink washing, pneumatic plate lifting, syncronous knife adjustment and electric phasing.
