A) Introduction of the machine

This machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing and cold embossing of carton box or label in packaging industry.

It is all automatic from paper feeding to diecutting as well as paper delivery. The interface used on the machine will show the working speed and various malfunctions, which makes the trouble shooting and operation easy and convenient. The main motor is controlled by transducer, thus achieving the stepless speed regulation smooth operation, low noise and energy saving.

It also has the feature of big force, high accurancy of registration and high efficiency.
The machine is equipped with many sensors and safety ensuring devices which guarantee a long running time and safe running by operators.

The machine has passed the ISO9001 Quality System Certificate and conform the European CE safety standard.

B) The structure, performance, characteristic of the machine

XLMY-1020C Automatic Die-cutting &Creasing machine consists of the code paper structure, die-cutting, automatic paper feeder structure and automatic paper conveyor structure andthe automatic diecutting&creasing part and the automatic delivery part and the electrcial part.

Paper Feeder Parts

The main and subsidiary Paper-Feeding Device realize the Non-stop Feeding continuously.

Using the unique design feeder to realize the non-stop feeding of different thickness, different quality of the sheets.

Adopting the raising type frame, adjustment more convenient.

Unique the double controller to control the double sheets, reduce the waste.

It is equipped with 4 front lay and install the 4 Approach Switch, can detect the fitted-in of the sheets to avoid the waste, flexible and convenient.

There is the adjustment wheel of the timing of the paper on the conveying plate, mini-adjust the giving paper time, can match the time of the Die-cutting parts.

It's equipped with left, right side lay, and has the two performances of the push, pull, it is convenient and fast to switch, the position of the side lay, the pressure can be adjusted, so that it's suitable for the side positioning of the different size, the thickness of the sheets.

It's equipped with above height device at the paper feeding parts, to protect it effectively.

It's equipped with the gauge position at the side of the Paper Feeding parts, it is convenient to make sure the position of the paper pile.

Using the electrical principles, Paper Feeding Pile realize the lifting automatically, easily to adjust.

It's equipped with the up and down limit switch inside the wall plate, make sure the paper pile stop automatically at the highest lowest position.

Diecutting Unit

Adopting the worm gear, worm transmission, the machine keep the smooth operation, long working time even if in the high speed running.

Adopting the 200° Intermittent structure to make the machine smooth operation, low noise, long working time in the high speed.
The Die-cutting chase is used to install the fixed Die-cutting plate specially, the fast tight device is suitable to the installation of the different size of the Die-cutting plate.

The Die-cutting chase install the machine, having the accurate positioning structure, andeasily to lock, loose, adopting the two pulling out support to pull out and push, to achieve the turning of the chase to realize the purpose of change, adjust the plate freely.

The positioning system realize the position of the front, side of the sheets, make the position more accurate, die-cutting precision more high.

The steel plate choose the high degree of hardness and high elasticity materials, good flatness, durable, the positioning device assure the accurate position effectively.
