To ensure the stable adsorption, the paper feeding section adopts double drive servo to separate the paper feeding before and after, and each paperboard is separately and accurately transported before and after, so that the popositioning is more accurate. The front baffle of the paper feeding section is electrically adjusted on the left and right, and the front paper feeding section is electrically adjusted. It is convenient and fast to meet the paper supply requirements of various specifications of cartons.The paste box adopts the way of applying glue under the knurled wheel, which is even, no missing and saves glue. In the gluing part, the tongue of paperboard is pre pressed up and down again to make the carton forming more standard.The folder partThe folding part is equipped with pre pressing and multi pass rolling wheels,and the original rolling line is rolled again for the second rolling line of paperboard. It makes the cartons more beautiful when folded. The features of the machine are that the whole process of paper feeding is adopted from the leading edge to the nail box part, so that the carton is firmly adsorbed on the paper feeding belt, and there is no dislocation and scratch on the surface of the carton. Especially, it has a better protective effect on the laminating box and the polishing box to ensure that the paperboard does not deviate, and completely solves the defects existing in the automatic simultaneous operation of high-grade and low-grade boxes.The correction deviceThere will be a shaping device behind the folding part and in front of the nailing box. Before nailing the box, the folded carton will be reshaped again to ensure that there is no scissors opening for the nailed carton.The correction section adopts the upper and lower servo motors for calibration. After the correction, it is compressed into the nail box section with synchronous belt to ensure that there is no scissor opening in the carton to ensure the quality requirements of the carton.The stitching boxThe head of running type nail box machine adopts special material , which is wear-resistant and stable, and is not easy to be damaged. The speed of nail can reach 1300-1500 nails per minute. The head of the machine is directly driven by imported servo motor, and the speed is efficient , stable and accurate.
