Single Face Corrugated Carton Production Line

This semi-automatic production line combined with bracket or round paper, corrugation modeling machine and swirling paper cutting machine, which can continuously produce all size of single side corrugated paper, it has some characteristics such as advanced process, high efficiency, available in large amount production, & comfortable working environment. It's ideal equipment for small, middle sized paperboard box company to improve technology.

ZJ-F-1600 Electric Mill Roll Stand
Purpose and Characteristics:
The sturcture is double rotary shaft with four arms; Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
Round-plate type manual brake, the web tension is adjusted at any time.
Arm Clamp and rotary structure set fixed torque clutch, operate safety.
Maximum paper roll diameter: φ 1600mm.
Maximum support weight: 2T.

SF-280S-1600 Single Facer
Purpose and Characteristics:

1, Apply cover suction structure, equipped with high strenthen wind motor. Wind motor is equipped with the silencer, gas source and electric control are put in the same control box which is above 1.5m's distance to the mian body of the machine. The operation side is totally enclosed by the cover.
2, The corrugating roll is made of 52CrMo alloy steel and has been quenched by laser and grinded. Flute roll diameter is 280mm, surfacer hadness is above HRC60.
3, The pressure roll is 284mm and is made of no. 45 steel. The surface is grinded and is chromium coated. Cylinder control of the up and down moving. Equipped with buffering equipment.
4, The machine base and wall is cast iron structure with the wall thickness of 130mm. It is chain driving.
5, Pneumatic control glue application and quit. Glue application diameter is 215mm, grinded and chromium coated surface which has 25 concave woving lines. Glue scrapping roll is grinded and chromium coated on the surface.
6, Corrugating roll & pressure roll's material is Zhongyuan brand steel with 0.15mm's up middle height of the corrugating roll and 0.0075mm middle height of the pressure roll. Equipped with space limit equipment. Cylinder is 160mm.
7, The preheating roll is made of seamless pipe of 320mm with all been connected by the iron soft pipe.
8, Electric heating with 4 PCS of qtz pipes of the upper corrugating roll and 5 PCS of the lower corrugating roll and pressure roll and 2 PCS of the upper and lower preheating roll. Power of the qtz pipe is 4KW/PC.

NC Computer-control Rotary cutter for 2 layer
Purpose and Characteristics:
PLC touch screen control system. Man-machine conversation, one-click-for change order.
Frequency conversion motor, servo driver control, whole excellent mechanical properties.
With four set slitter knives, crosscut 300mm-9999mm.
Cut paper precision± 1.5mm(uniform speed).

The normal type of cutter is for the client's choice.

All operation control on the same side, easy to operate, with photoelectricity counter.
